Our heart is in building a better, greener future in both the buildings we build, and in the major energy-using equipment placed inside them – particularly the IT equipment and HVAC core. Our management team has more than 100 years of experience in managing complex and diversified projects and programs for both private and government sector organizations. We have 100 years of extraordinarily successful experiences in construction technologies, energy technologies, and information technologies. We combine these skill sets into a new and unique approach to green projects – projects that call for a highly coordinated and integrated approach in project green design, green construction, with ongoing building and IT green operations.
